Paul Bernardo & Karla Homolka Pt. 3: MC BB B*tch Boi

Welcome to episode 19 of The Astrology Of… Podcast! In this episode, we discuss Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka's murder of Tammy Homolka, exploring the astrological timeline and transits surrounding this horrific event. We also look at the cosmic influences on the date of both Karla and Paul’s sentencing and see how partial justice is the best we could hope for here.

• Dani and Laurel begin their discussion with chatting about tattoos, the loss of a pet, and the addition of a new puppy. They talk about the difficulty of making the decision and the spirituality associated with it.
• On the date of Tammy's murder, we see how Paul's chart featured a stellium of six planets in the fifth house of pleasure and self-expression, while Karla's chart featured an first house stellium and a superior square from Saturn to her moon, creating a feeling of hopelessness and a need to deny her roots and her connection to her family.
• Mars, the planet in charge of Paul, was in the ninth house, detriment and retrograde, representing violence, separations, aggression, and fight. This transit was difficult for Paul, as Mars is his most difficult planet in his chart. Additionally, Mars was conjunct Paul's Jupiter, creating a lot of commitment and drive to take action on his beliefs… no matter how truly awful they were.
• We take a look at how truly lucky Karla was with her plea deal and 12 year prison sentence especially thanks to Jupiter callin’ the shots for her at that time. In part to some really lovely astrology, she got off with a slap on the wrist considering what she had done. Saturn took it easy on Karla this time.
• The astrological aspects of Paul’s sentencing are discussed, including the fact that his time lord (who was again) Mars was (yet again) in a debilitated position and Saturn was in retrograde, which at this point seems to be a signature in sentencing charts!
